Once approved, refunds are credited back to your original payment method via Razorpay within 5 to 7 business days.
Please record a clear unboxing video or take clear photos of the damaged item and courier label. Email them along with your Order ID to magizhgiftsi7@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or refund.
Standard Products: Can be canceled within 4 hours of ordering or before dispatch.
Customized Gifts: Can only be canceled within 2 hours, before design and printing production begins.
As soon as your package is dispatched, we send you an email and SMS with your Courier Tracking ID (AWB) and tracking link. You can also track it directly on our website under Track Order.
Standard items are dispatched in 1–2 business days, while customized gifts take 2–4 business days for production. Courier delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your delivery location.
