1. We strive to display product details, descriptions, and colors as accurately as possible. However, actual item finishes (especially on personalized/custom items) may vary slightly due to screen resolutions and handcrafted manufacturing processes.
2. All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
3. We reserve the right to modify prices, correct typographical errors, or cancel orders containing incorrect pricing information.

4. Payments & Billing via Razorpay

1. We use Razorpay as our primary, authorized third-party payment gateway to securely process transactions.
2. Supported payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets, and other options provided via Razorpay.
3. All transactions are encrypted and processed through standard payment security protocols. Magizh Gifts does not store your sensitive banking or card details.
4. In the event of an erroneous or duplicate charge, or if a payment fails while funds are debited from your account, the transaction is automatically reversed back to your source account via Razorpay within 5–7 business days per standard banking timelines.

5. Order Confirmation & Fulfillment

1. An order is considered confirmed once payment is authorized by Razorpay (or confirmed via Cash on Delivery, if enabled).
2. For personalized/custom gifts, production begins only after complete design and text details are received and verified.

6. Shipping & Delivery

1. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination pincode, logistics partners, and regional conditions.
2. Magizh Gifts is not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier disruptions, customs clearances, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

1. Standard Products: Cancellations or return requests must be reported within our designated return window from the date of delivery.
2. Personalized / Customized Items: Once production has started, customized gifts cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged unless received in a damaged or defective state.
3. Damaged Items: If an item arrives damaged, please report it to our customer support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic/video proof of the package.
4. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment source via Razorpay.

8. Intellectual Property

9. Limitation of Liability
